The living room of each apartment is furnished with a large futon, a chair, a color television, and a desk. The private entrance to the apartment is located in the living room. The living room also contains a secondary exit through the basement to the laundry and parking area.

The kitchen/dining area is quite spacious. The kitchen section has a modern full-size refrigerator and gas range, a pantry, greater than normal cabinet storage, and all necessary cooking utensils, including a coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave oven. The counter area of the kitchen is large, attractive, and provides a pleasant working area.

The bedroom in each apartment is quite large and contains a Queen-size bed, more than sufficient storage drawer space, and ample closet space. For those rare warm and humid days in Downeast Maine, the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The bathroom in each apartment is exceptionally large, well lighted, and contains a convenient stall shower. Once again, there is ample storage space, and the bathroom is furnished with an attractive vanity/wash basin and a large mirror.
