Apartments
Each apartment accommodates a maximum of four persons.
First Floor
Living Room
The living room of each apartment is furnished with a large futon, a chair, a color television, and a desk. The private entrance to the apartment is located in the living room. The living room also contains a secondary exit through the basement to the laundry and parking area.
Kitchen/Dining Area
The kitchen/dining area is quite spacious. The kitchen section has a modern full-size refrigerator and gas range, a pantry, greater than normal cabinet storage, and all necessary cooking utensils, including a coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave oven. The counter area of the kitchen is large, attractive, and provides a pleasant working area.
The dining section is large, convenient to the kitchen, and contains a table and seating for four.
Second Floor
Bedroom
The bedroom in each apartment is quite large and contains a Queen-size bed, more than sufficient storage drawerspace, and ample closet space. For those rare warm and humid days in Downeast Maine, the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Bath
The bathroom in each apartment is exceptionally large, well lighted, and contains a convenient stall shower. Once again, there is ample storage space, and the bathroom is furnished with an attractive vanity/wash basin and a large mirror.
Conveniences:
Each apartment contains a telephone for local and incoming calls.
A modestly priced coin-op laundry is located in the basement.
DirecTV satellite television service in all apartments.
Internet access via wireless LAN.
We furnish:
Towels, linens, bath items, kitchen/cooking utensils, and kitchen linens.
You furnish:
Yourselves, your personal grooming items, and food.
