Rates:

Winter Season (First Week of November Through Last Week of March) - $400 per Week.

Shoulder Seasons (First Week of May Through Last Week of May, First Week of
September Through Last Week of October) - $450 per Week

Summer Season (First Week of June through Last Week of August) - $500 Week. One week minimum rental
beginning Saturday afternoon. 10% discount for multiple-week stays or multiple-unit rentals (one or the other).

A 8.5% lodging tax applies to stays of less than 28 days.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve the apartment; the remaining 50% is due two weeks before your
arrival. In the event of cancellation, rental funds are refunded if the apartment is subsequently rented
for the reserved period. We accept MasterCard and Visa credit card orders. Call toll-free at
